You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into these terms. You must also be the rightful owner or authorized manager of the social media account for which you are ordering services.
Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Delivery
Delivery timelines vary by service and order size. Most orders begin processing within 1-12 hours after payment confirmation. Full delivery typically completes within 1-7 days depending on the service type and quantity ordered. We make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframes but cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to factors outside our control.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate social media profile information with your order, ensure your profile is set to public during delivery (private accounts cannot receive services), not place orders for accounts that violate the respective platform’s terms of service, and not engage in chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our support team.
Refund and Cancellation Policy

Account Security
We never ask for your social media account password. Our services are delivered through safe, external engagement methods. We are not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms on your account, including but not limited to follower drops, account restrictions, or changes in platform algorithms.
