This policy explains what personal data ExoticLikes collects, why, and what rights you have. ExoticLikes is operated by Amazinghype Sweden AB (company reg. no. 559277-8681, Uppsala, Sweden), which is the data controller. Questions: support@exoticlikes.com.
What we collect
- Account data: email address, username and a hashed password when you register.
- Order data: the services you order, the public profile names or links you submit, order amounts, balance and order history.
- Payment data: payments are handled by our payment processor Svea. We never see or store your full card details; we receive a payment reference and status.
- Support data: messages and email you send to our support.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and server logs, used for security and troubleshooting.
- Usage data: how you use the site, collected with Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (see Cookies below).
We never ask for the password to your social media accounts.
Why we use it (legal basis)
- To create your account, deliver your orders and handle payments and support (performance of a contract).
- To keep accounting records required by Swedish law (legal obligation).
- To protect the site against fraud and abuse and to improve our service (legitimate interest).
- To send you offers by email, if you have not opted out (legitimate interest for existing customers; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email).
Who we share it with
- Delivery partners that help us fulfil orders receive the public profile name or link and the ordered quantity. They receive no email, password or payment data.
- Svea (payments), Brevo (email delivery), Google (Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity) process data on our behalf.
- Our hosting provider stores the site and its database.
Some of these companies may process data outside the EU/EEA, for example in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
- Account and order data: for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
- Accounting records (orders and payments): seven years, as required by the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.
- Server logs and analytics data: for a limited period, only as long as needed for security and statistics.
Cookies
We use necessary cookies to keep you logged in and to run checkout. We also use analytics cookies from Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to our processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. To use these rights, email support@exoticlikes.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
