How do I place an order?
Sign in, go to New Order, select a category and service, enter the link and quantity, then submit. Your order will start processing immediately.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders start within 0-30 minutes. Delivery speed varies by service and is shown in the service description.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express via Cardinity, and all major payment methods via Svea (including Swish, Trustly, and card payments). Apple Pay is also supported.
Can I get a refund?
If an order is partially completed, you automatically receive a refund for the undelivered portion. Cancelled orders are fully refunded to your wallet. Deposit refunds to your payment method are not available.
Is my account safe?
Yes. We use 256-bit SSL encryption, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing, and never store card details on our servers.
Do you offer an API?
Yes! Go to your account settings to find your API key. Our API follows the standard SMM panel format with actions: add, status, balance, services, refill, cancel.
What is the bonus on deposits?
We offer bonus credit on deposits via certain payment methods. The bonus percentage is shown on the Add Funds page next to each payment method.
Will my followers drop?
Some services may experience minor drops over time. Many of our services include refill guarantees — check the service description for details. Services with refill support can be refilled from your Orders page.
Do you need my password?
No! We never ask for your social media passwords. We only need the link to your profile, post, or video.
