At ExoticLikes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our services and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if: Your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe, or your order was delivered to the wrong account due to an error on our part.

You are eligible for a partial refund if: Your order was only partially delivered (you will receive a refund for the undelivered portion), or there is a significant discrepancy between what was ordered and what was delivered.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds are generally not available in the following situations: the order has been fully delivered as described, the delivery address (social media username) was incorrect and provided by the customer, your social media account was set to private during the delivery period, your account was suspended or deleted by the social media platform after delivery, or natural follower/engagement drops occurred after successful delivery (drops under 10% are considered normal).

Refund Timeframes

You may request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund. We review all refund requests within 24-48 hours of submission.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to support@exoticlikes.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your order number, the email address used for the purchase, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots if applicable. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays and your account being suspended from future purchases.
